Ashli Golden, BS,  LMT

As a Native Charlestonian, Ashli began her career in health care after graduating from the College of Charleston in 2004 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Physical Education and Health.  She continued her pursuit by attending Trident Technical College’s Massage Therapy School. With the direction of Steve Jurch, she enhanced her skills and knowledge by learning how to connect her science minded approach and hands on body balancing techniques by use of therapeutic massage and Active Isolated Stretching/Strengthening: Mattes Method (AISS).

Since 2007, Ashli Golden has been teaching and showing her clients how their bodies were created to function and what they are truly capable of when the correct techniques are applied. Her goals include restoration of balance, correction of posture issues and obtaining optimal performance injury-free can all be achieved by increasing flexibility and strength on all planes of the body.

Throughout the following years, Ashli continued to grow in her field as she worked with a wide variety of settings including but not limited to the Women’s US National Soccer Team, WTA-The Family Circle Cup, Charleston AVP (Association of Volleyball Professionals) Tournament, and College of Charleston athletics.

Ashli has continued to employ her skills in an increasingly diverse field of work and has found continual success with her treatments as her knowledge increases. Currently Ashli uses massage therapy and A.I.S. to help her clients achieve their goals at the office locations here in Charleston, SC.
